Residential solar power systems

I asked about starting wages for installers on r/solar a few weeks ago and I was wondering, anybody know specifically about Sunrun's Installer wages? I will be getting a call tomorrow about an offer so I was just wondering. I feel like I should get $18 since that seems to be the national median wage. I'm in Illinois and Sunrun just got here in March and they are really really busy. Do you have tips on negotiating pay? General availability of the new Enphase IQ7PLUS microinverters I've been talking to a a few local installers for quotes and system sizing. Finalized on a system that'd utilize the newer IQ7PLUS inverters. However, now the installer is saying the new inverters are only sparsely available, and they won't be able to get them until sometime in August. I just wanted to reach out to see if this is something others are experiencing. I did a quick search on several PV system wholesaler sites and was to be able to find them readily available even for the quantity I need. Am I missing something? Maybe it's not just the inverters but also other related cables/parts that need to go with the inverters which are also short in supply? Would it be harmful to add another solar panel to my set up? I have a 160 watt solar pannel on the roof of my van connected to two AGM batteries, I also have a 10 AMP PWM solar controller (go power). I am currently working in the national forest and the forest service issued me a 200 watt solar pannel. Their pannel is hooked into a Morning star prostate 15 controller.... off of that is two clips you would then hook to battery posts. Would I be able to safely hook this to my battery bank? If so which option should I pick on the powerstar controller (flooded, Sealed or Gel) I am currently in the Wenatchee National Forest in Washington State.. due to the fact we are in the canyon and tree shade we have a smaller window of direct sun.
