System Size: 9.45kW.

Price (before tax credit): $30,000.

  • 27 LG Neon R 350Q1C 350w panels
  • Inverter SolarEdge SE7600H-US
  • 27 Optmizers P370
  • Comp Single Roof Inlay (Roof is clay tile, so installer will do picture framing)

Panels will be installed inset (same height as the clay tiles, with asphalt shingles under them).

Roof size is limited, reason for the 350w panels.

Warranty:

  • 10 y workmanship
  • 12 years on Inverter
  • 25y on everything else

This is south California, with kWh prices currently at $0.30/kWh. Consumption: 11,000kWh. Production Estimate: 12,000 kWh.

Should take 7-8 years to break even.
