East/West orientation when no net metering is available?

Hey everyone. Im putting together a ground mounted 10kw grid tie with backup system. Even with a true south orientation 10kw is only estimated to offset about 20% of the sites electric usage. The local utility doesnt allow for any sort of net metering or billing so any excess production the batteries cant store wont be worth anything. The sites time of use is rather random and isnt expected to peak at any given time or follow any sort of pattern. Given these considerations would you go with an east west orientation or stay at true south?
