KACO inverter support. Don't know where else to turn.

KACO inverter support. Don't know where else to turn.

I'm a solar service tech in Colorado - and am over a week into waiting for replies from either phone or email tickets submitted to the KACO numbers found online. Anybody know/use a number with success in the past? We are trying to get troubleshooting help (and likely an RMA request) and nothing.

Your guidance is appreciated!

(blueplanet 5002xi-us Inverter Indicating ground fault error, we've looked and looked and tested and tested. We don't think there's a GF, and furthermore, it's the same situation at another house with a KACO inverter.)
