How long does it take to get the SGIP rebate?

How long does it take to get the SGIP rebate?

I had my battery system installed in Feb, but the solar contractor I used said that they haven't obtained a follow up from PGE yet when I contacted them about the SGIP status earlier in the month.

What's a reasonable time frame to receive the rebate?

Location is California.
