Solar in NV with upcoming Question 3?

Solar in NV with upcoming Question 3?

I'm going to get bids on solar systems this week. However NV is going to do its 2nd vote to amend the state constitution to deregulated it's power market.

  1. Is going solar a bad or good idea if this passes or not?

  2. If it passes, what might that mean?
