Solar power output?

Solar power output?

Hi! I'm very new to solar stuff, but I'm planning an off-grid installation. Now I know the energy rating (e.g. 250w) is usually how much power the panel will produce in an hour, but my question is how do I tell what the available power output is at any given moment?
