Concerned about SREC broker

Concerned about SREC broker

Hi everyone, I'm new here and still trying to learn, so please bear with me. I'm based out of NJ and use a broker to initiate SREC transfers/sales. I see that our broker, for example, is selling our Aug-Sep 2017 SRECS at $192.00 each. However I see that these are priced around $210 on the NJ Clean Energy website. He's buying them from us through his own company...so is it reasonable to assume 1) that he's discounting them and 2) that we could sell them for higher ourselves?
