Portable panel and battery solution?

Portable panel and battery solution?

This is a total n00b question but I'm a total n00b so, yeah. Too much info out there to sift through. I'm imagining a backpack or cooler sort of thing with some solar panels on it and space inside that holds high capacity batteries for long camping or road trips or the like. Anything you guys know of?
