Options for trenching?

I need to upgrade my service to 200amps (from 100) for my solar install + new EV needs. I got a quote from an electrician a few months ago and it was going to be about 10k to run a new line. It's 22 feet from my main panel to the service drop (straight under a stamped concrete driveway). I was wondering if it would be less expensive for me to work with someone that isn't an electrican to do the trenching ahead of time? If so, what type of person / company would do that portion of the work?
