Solar Carport $/kw Premium?

Solar Carport $/kw Premium?

We're a developer in the midwest and are currently considering adding carports to our portfolio. We typically install systems 300kw-3MW in size, and are installing at around $1.3-$1.5/W fully turn-key.

What can we expect for a cost premium on building a car port? We've tossed around the $1/W figure, but i'm not sure if that's accurate.
